Ingredients:
· 2 tablespoons whole coriander seeds
· 1 tablespoons black cumin seeds
· 1 cinnamon stick
· 10 cardamom pods
· 1 tablespoons fenugreek seeds
· 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
· 6 dried red chiles
· 2 tablespoons turmeric
Method:
1. Toast all ingredients in a skillet until fragrant.
2. Mix all ingredients in a spice grinder and grind into a powder.
