Hi!

My Story

I’m originally from the great state of Washington and moved to Colorado 16 years ago with my husband and our son. We have three amazing grandkids and love to spend as much time with them as possible!

Last year I, along with two great friends, opened a charcuterie business here in town called Bramble & Brie Charcuterie Co. I also decided that since I was starting one new business, why not start two? So I launched Mon Amour French Macarons at the same time!

I have loved Macarons for many years and started “trying” to master them 5 years ago…. I say trying as no one ever really masters them as it is a continual learning process with these little beauties! I look forward to teaching at Gather and meeting so many new foodies who have a love for cooking and baking!
