Baked Crab Rangoons


Ingredients:

* 8 oz. imitation crab meat, chopped

* 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature

* 2 green onions, green part only, sliced razor thin

* 1 clove garlic, microplaned

* 1.5 tsp. soy sauce

* Pinch of sugar

* Pinch of salt

* Wonton wrappers


Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

3. Place 2 tsp. filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper, moisten the left and right edges. Fold the edges together – then moisten one of the other edges and then fold those edges in. Place on a cookie sheet tray under a moist paper towel until all of the rangoons are finished.

4. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and crispy - 10-15 minutes.
