Ingredients:
· 2 tablespoons coriander seeds, toasted
· 2.5 teaspoons black cumin seeds, toasted
· 2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds, toasted
· 2.5 teaspoons black peppercorns
· 5 whole allspice
· 2 chiles de arbol, toasted
· 4 cloves, toasted
· 3 cardamom pods, toasted
· 1 tablespoons ginger, ground
· ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
· 2 teaspoons salt
Preparation
1. Combine all spices in a spice grinder and blend until smooth.
