Ingredients:
· 2 tablespoons olive oil
· 1 bunch broccolini
· 1 lemon, zested and juiced
· ½ cup feta
· Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Heat the oil a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once heated, add the broccolini until it is bright green and the heads have charred slightly. Add ¼ cup water and salt & pepper to taste and cover for 3-5 minutes.
2. Once broccolini has reached desired doneness, top with feta and preserved lemons. Enjoy!
