Ingredients
· 1 ¼ cup butter
· 2 cups sugar
· 2 eggs
· 2 teaspoons vanilla
· 2 cups flour
· ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· 1/8 teaspoon salt
· 1 cup chopped walnuts
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
3. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
4. Slowly add in dry ingredients.
5. Stir in walnuts.
6. Drop rounded teaspoons on greased cookie sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.
