  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Milk, if needed to loosen

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar

  • ½ cup shredded parmesan

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Place the pasta, chicken stock, cream, salt and pepper into an electric pressure cooker. Set your pressure cooker to high pressure and set timer for 5 minutes. Once the timer goes off let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.

2. After pressure has released, add the butter and milk, if needed. Stir cheese into pasta a handful at a time to minimize clumping. Enjoy!
