Mascarpone Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients:

• 1 pint fresh strawberries

• 8oz mascarpone

• 2 tbsp honey

• 2 tbsp milk

• Balsamic Vinegar for drizzling

Method:

1. Prep strawberries by cutting off tops and coring with a peeler or paring knife.  Make a large enough hole to pipe in filling.  Set aside.

2. With a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix the mascarpone, honey and milk.  Place mixture in a piping bag and pipe into the strawberries.  

3. Arrange strawberries on a platter and drizzle with balsamic just before serving!
