Ingredients:
· 8 oz cream cheese
· 1/2 cup sugar
· 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
· 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
· 30 mini-fillo shells
· Berries, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside
2. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended
3. Fold in whipping cream
4. Use a decorating bag to fill 30 fillo shells with cream cheese mixture
5. Top with berries
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve
