Ingredients:
· 4 sausage links, diced
· 2 tablespoons olive oil
· 4 cups chicken stock
· ½ teaspoon garlic powder
· 4 carrots, diced
· 1 bunch greens, diced
· ½ cup lentils
· 1 can diced tomatoes
· ¼ cup parsley, chopped
· 2 tablespoons thyme, chopped
· Salt & Pepper to taste
· Cayenne, if desired
Method:
1. In a pressure cooker, add oil on brown setting. Let heat. Once hot, add chicken sausage and brown.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
3. Let pressure naturally release.
