Ingredients:

· ½ cup canned pumpkin

· ½ cup your choice nut milk

· ½ cup ice

· 1 tablespoon honey

· 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


Method:

Add all ingredients to blender, blend and drink!

Recipe makes one 8oz serving
