Salsa Borracha


Ingredients:

· 8 dried morita chilies

· 2 cloves garlic

· 1 onion, chopped

· ½ cup fresh orange juice

· 1 cup beer

· 1-2 tablespoon tequila

· Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Put the chilies in a small bowl and add enough hot water just to cover. Soak for 15 minutes. Drain and discard water.

2. All all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until combined. Enjoy!
