Ingredients:
· 8 oz feta cheese
· 4 tablespoons olive oil
· 2 tablespoons preserved lemons, chopped
· 2 tablespoons preserved lemon juice
· 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
· 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
· 1 teaspoon oregano, chopped
· Pita and fresh veggies, to serve
Directions:
1. Using a masher or fork, mash feta and3 tablespoons oil together until smooth and creamy.
2. Add all other ingredients and stir to combine. Top with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
3. Serve with pita and veggies.
