Baharat literally means 7-spice blend, and ours is packed full of full-bodied flavor.  This Lebanese spice blend is paprika and is not spicy at all.  The best thing about our blend is that we include Persian saffron, which gives deepens the flavor characteristics and helps for coloring.  Try it in Lamb Stew, with roasted chickpeas or as a rub on chicken.
