Madras Curry Powder - you probably know this one as the spicy, yellow curry powder popular in India.  Our Gather Madras Blend includes additional spices like methi and fenugreek for an added herbal flavor, as well as cinnamon for a little sweetness and chili pepper for the heat.  Try it in your next Sweet Potato Curry, Lentil Stew or Jamaican Curry.  And believe it or not, we love a little bit added to our carrot cake batter!
