Berbere is a traditional Ethiopian spice blend, full or warm spices.  Spiced, but not spicy, this floral and fragrant blend will make the most of your next Wot or Groundnut Stew.  And you can even try it with non-traditional recipes, like tossed on Sweet Potatoes or in you next stew.  It's also great with chicken, pork or lamb as a rub.
