2-Day Master Dough Workshop with Cortney

 

This TWO day workshop will teach you one great master sweet dough recipe that you can use as a base for many different recipes.  This amazing yeasted sweet dough rises overnight, for the most tender, fluffy results.  If you have been trying to perfect a sweet dough at our altitude or just get started with bread making this is a great class for you. This dough is fabulous for the holidays, when you can make and shape your dough the day before and simply bake it off the day that you need it!

 

On day one we discuss bread making techniques and make our dough that will rise overnight.  We will take our time making our dough the right way, with plenty of time not to rush though the process.  Then we will prep any items that we need for the next day.

 

On day two we bake and eat our four different recipes with our master dough!

 

On the menu:

  • Gather Master Dough with Demonstration.  Then each group will make their dough, shape it and be ready for baking on Day 2.

  • Braided Sweet Loaf with Orange & Ginger Glaze
  • Swedish Cardamom Knots
  • Martozzi (Italian Crème Filled Buns)
