This salt is made from Ghost Peppers grown here in West Virginia by Patriot Gaurdens, which is a program for Air National Gaurdsmen to get innvolved with agriculture projects. It has a kick, for sure, but nothing that will knock you off your feet. Season popcorn, wings, vegetables, steaks, baked potatoes... you get the idea.
 
Ingredients: Heirloom Salt, dried mushrooms(lions mane, oyster, chesnut, shiitake, and maitake), black pepper, rosemary, and thyme
