Szechuan Dynasty with Dave
Szechuan. What’s the first thing that comes to mind? Yep, SPICY! Nobody is denying this. However, amongst all of the spiciness, there are a whole palate of other flavors, ingredients, and cooking methods that are just waiting to be discovered! In this class, Dave will introduce you to some new ingredients you probably never knew existed – don’t you love making new food friends? Make no mistake, this class will bring the heat, but you won’t leave totally burnt! This class isn’t going to make you blow smoke out of your ears, but it will be hot, so please, if you are sensitive to spicy foods, this isn’t the class for you. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. This is a hands-on class.
