Paris Brest with Steffi’s Confections

 

Pate a Choux isn’t just for eclairs!! In this class we will learn a traditional dessert filled a with a delicious hazelnut cream and topped with toasted almonds. Not only will we be making a choux paste, but will learn pastry cream, and candied hazelnuts as well for a creamy praline filling. Each person will get their own dessert to take home. This treat will be sure to impress! This is a hands-on class. This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will work in groups of two and work on the components together but make your very own dessert to take home.
