Pesto Party with Cortney
Spring is officially here and there’s nothing like pesto that calls out to Cortney for fresh flavor! In this class we’ll explore different ways to make pesto, beyond basil and pine nuts. We’ll whip up variations of this classic that will have you hooked. Then we’ll whip up four different recipes using each pesto so that we can taste the difference. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
