Surrounded by China, India, and Thailand, Burma has become a crossroads for many types of cooking styles, ingredients and food ideology. Burmese cuisine encapsulates all the great parts of cuisines from the countries it borders, takes it all and turns it into new flavors wonderful; far-reaching yet balanced. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
