Kids In The Kitchen (Ages 11-14): Swedish Cinnamon Buns
 
The kids have been begging me for a cinnamon roll class, so we’re going to take it up a notch!  In this class they’ll learn how to make these amazing twisted buns that are creative, fun and delicious.  We’ll be making a yeasted dough, letting it rest, then whipping up a yummy cinnamon filling.  Once we spread our filling we’ll learn how to get the classic twist in our Swedish Cinnamon Buns (Kanelbullar).  This is a hands-on class.  Each kid will leave with approx. 6 finished buns as well a batch of dough to make them at home!
