Colorado Local: Cooking with Coffee with Purple Mountain Coffee
 
Join us for this special class, where we partner up with Heather Heaberlin, owner & roaster of Purple Mountain Coffee. She will start off by talking about her coffee, roasting methods, sourcing and all that you need to know about this not so basic bean. Then we are off to the Studio where we’ll use her coffee to create unique savory recipes. We’ll also include a coffee tasting where we can taste the differences in different types of coffee.  This is a hands-on class.  This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
