I’m Going Coco-Nuts! With Dave
Coconut milk is such a luscious ingredient. In this class we are going to talk about the differences between the coconut water, coconut milk in the carton and in the can, and coconut cream. Then we are going to explore its versatility while making it the star of the show. You are going to love the way this ingredient works out in sweet and savory dishes! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

- Coconut Milk (Carton) - Kenyan Chai Tea
- Coconut Milk (Can) – Avocado, Mexican Chocolate, and Vanilla Pudding with Chile
- Coconut Cream – Tomato Bisque with Coconut and Harissa

IN-STORE CANCELLATION POLICY: All cooking classes are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 7-days prior to your scheduled class in order to be eligible for a credit. Cancellations made less than 7-days prior to your scheduled class are non-refundable and are not eligible for a credit, unless we are able to fill the spots. Should we be able to fill the spot you will be issued a credit towards another class. Should you need to cancel within 7 days you are welcome to gift or sell the class to someone that you know on your own. All transactions must be made through you and you are required to notify us of the name and contact information of the new attendee. This policy is non-negotiable.
