Cortney’s New Orleans Favorites

 

Did you know that Cortney’s all-time favorite job (second to Gather, of course!) was at a Cajun restaurant?  She’ll be taking you right back to her Champagne Charlie’s days for a delicious dinner to celebrate upcoming Mardi Gras. We’ll be whipping up her favorites from the restaurant, which is sadly now closed.  It’s a celebration of cuisine, culture and nostalgia for a class like no other! This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. This is a hands-on class.

  • Red Beans & Rice with Andouille Sausage
  • Crawfish Etouffee with Dirty Rice
  • Blackened Pork Chops with Cornbread Stuffing
  • Beignets with Chicory Coffee

  • IN-STORE CANCELLATION POLICY: All cooking classes are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 7-days prior to your scheduled class in order to be eligible for a credit. Cancellations made less than 7-days prior to your scheduled class are non-refundable and are not eligible for a credit, unless we are able to fill the spots. Should we be able to fill the spot you will be issued a credit towards another class. Should you need to cancel within 7 days you are welcome to gift or sell the class to someone that you know on your own. All transactions must be made through you and you are required to notify us of the name and contact information of the new attendee. This policy is non-negotiable.
