American Road Trip: The South with Dave
 
Who’s up for a Road Trip?  In this class (which will repeat every month this year with a new region) is going to focus on a specific area of America and some of the great recipes that have come from said area.  We are going to start our journey in the Deep South and zigzag our way across the country in this tasty and fun series! So come and join us - It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.  If you get that reference, you definitely need to be in these classes! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
