Holy Hot Dish with Cortney

 

It’s time for Cortney’s annual Hot Dish Class!  As a good mid-westerner, casseroles and hot dishes run in her veins.  But they don’t have to be gloopy, mushroom soupy, salty flavor bombs.  In this class we’ll use casserole techniques (yes, that is a thing!), but talk about how to develop flavors and change the cooking processes just slightly to end up with an amazing, much-improved results.  These great recipes make fantastic after work dinners that you can put together in a hurry. This is hands-on class.
