Nepalese Dinner With Dave
 
An melting pot of Chinese, Indian, Tibetan cuisines, this Himalayan country’s  cuisine is complex and full of flavor! Because of the diverse conditions and religions, Nepalese cuisine is a wonderful mix of foods that appeal to both the carnivore and herbivore in all of us. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
