Plant Powered: Around The World Veggie Burgers with Cortney

 

It’s a whole new Plant Powered Class!  And this month we’re going to talk about how to use spices to take our veggie burgers next level.  Learn how to make 4 delicious patties, then a topping for each as well (that’s plant based, of course!). We’ll explore four very different cuisines with unique spice profiles and talk about how to use them in your own creations at home.  This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
